Role Overview: We’re seeking an Experienced Quantitative Trader on behalf of our client. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in advancing their digital asset trading initiatives. You’ll work extensively with large data sets, utilizing statistical analysis and machine learning to identify patterns and develop profitable trading strategies. Collaboration is key in their environment; you’ll be working closely with other quantitative experts and software developers to refine and implement robust strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze extensive data sets, identifying trends and translating insights into effective trading strategies.
• Apply statistical and machine learning methods to enhance trading performance.
• Collaborate closely with quant and development teams to drive strategic outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with high to mid-frequency trading strategies.
• Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Econometrics, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
• Proven expertise in building trading algorithms.
• Experience with delta-one market-making strategies is preferred.
• Strong foundation in financial mathematics and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in forecasting, data analysis, and a deep understanding of market microstructure.
• Solid programming skills (experience with Rust is a plus).
• Team-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial drive.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
