Role Overview:

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing the Customer Portal, delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences. This role is heavily focused on frontend development using Angular, with occasional backend support in Python. Join a dynamic, agile environment to create high-quality, scalable, and customer-centric interfaces that unify core products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead frontend development for the Customer Portal using Angular, delivering responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to create features that enhance the user experience.
• Implement design systems and reusable components to maintain consistency across applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and accessibility.
• Provide occasional backend support in Python when necessary.
• Mentor junior engineers, conducting code reviews and sharing best practices.
• Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

What We Are Looking For:

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in frontend development with Angular (minimum 3+ years).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and RxJS.
• Experience building reusable components and responsive designs.
• Familiarity with API integration and state management libraries.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies, particularly Python and Django (nice to have).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of cloud environments and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Leadership skills to mentor and foster a collaborative engineering culture.

Experience and Education:

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a primary focus on frontend technologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
