As a back-end developer at our client, you will be involved in the development of software systems for both internal and external projects. Currently, there is a major internal project underway, and you will primarily contribute to its initial phase. This involves setting up a new software stack for their internal administration.
Over time, you will also work on external projects such as developing market analysis tools, trading bots, and distributed web applications. You will be programming in C# and using Git tools. You actively identify areas for improvement in the systems you develop and can effectively argue why you make certain choices to your supervisor and colleagues.
You will be part of the development team, which currently consists of a front-end developer and the CTO. Therefore, you will be ultimately responsible for the back-end aspects of ongoing projects. As our client is rapidly growing, the development team will be expanded with more developers in the near future.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or IT related
- Minimum of 3 years work experience
- Proficiency in programming in C# and working with Git tools
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written; good command of the Dutch language is a plus
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented
