Position Overview

The Head of Product at ARS T&TT will lead the company’s product strategy and development initiatives for intelligent transport systems (ITS) and smart mobility solutions. This role will bridge the gap between technical innovation and market needs, working with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver solutions that shape the future of transportation technology.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic Product Leadership

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for ARS’s traffic and transport technology solutions
• Drive innovation in mobility solutions while ensuring alignment with market demands and technological capabilities
• Translate complex traffic management challenges into viable product solutions

Technical Product Management

• Lead the development of intelligent transport systems (ITS) and smart city solutions
• Ensure compliance with international transport regulations and standards (including ISO 39001)
• Oversee integration of hardware and software components in complex infrastructure projects

Stakeholder & Project Management

• Manage relationships with government agencies, technology partners, and key stakeholders
• Oversee contract management for large-scale public infrastructure projects
• Direct budget allocation and resource management for product initiatives

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of product managers and engineers
• Foster collaboration between engineering, sales, and implementation teams
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology providers and system integrators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Automation, Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on product management experience in complex technical environments
• Demonstrated expertise in traffic systems, ITS, or smart mobility solutions
• Strong understanding of smart city technologies and connected infrastructure
• Experience with government contracts and public sector partnerships
• Proven track record in managing large-scale technical projects
