💡 The Team – Finance Compliance IT

Our Information Technology Services (ITS) division is at the heart of Atradius’ digital transformation. Within ITS, the Finance Compliance Unit is dedicated to developing and enhancing cutting-edge finance and risk applications, such as Solvency II and IFRS 17 solutions.

🎯 Your Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and JavaScript ecosystems to maintain and enhance four critical enterprise applications. If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with a skilled team, this is the role for you!

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications across our portfolio.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Support application upgrades and migrations, particularly JBoss server upgrades.
• Document code changes and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

🛠 What You Bring

Technical Skills:

✅ Strong experience with Java 8, Spring Boot, and Maven.

✅ Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Ajax, and jQuery.

✅ Experience with Oracle JET and JSF (Java Server Faces) for web development.

✅ Knowledge of EJB, JMS, and Hibernate ORM.

✅ Familiarity with JBoss 7.4 and experience with server upgrades.

✅ Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

✅ Experience with Git, SQL optimization, and Agile development.

Nice to Have:

⭐ Experience with Java 11+.

⭐ Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.

⭐ CI/CD pipeline implementation.

⭐ Performance optimization techniques for enterprise applications.

⭐ Security best practices.

Soft Skills:

✨ Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented.

✨ Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

Languages:

🔹 Fluent English is required.

🔹 Spanish proficiency is a plus.
