Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity to drive sales growth and expand our presence across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in business development. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new opportunities, engage key decision-makers, and lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement to presentations, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities by executing strategic sales and business development plans within the cybersecurity sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, and other key decisionmakers across various industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and cybersecurity solutions that align with client requirements. .
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market reach and enhance brand visibility.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the cybersecurity industry
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity services, including penetration testing, security reviews, incident response, vulnerability assessments, and compliance consulting.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions, such as network security, cloud security, endpoint protection, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with key stakeholders and drive business growth.
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve sales goals.
