In this role, customer environments run on Azure IaaS and Azure PaaS. Reliability and consistency are crucial. App Service, Azure SQL / SQL Server, Redis, Azure Service Bus, Azure Firewall, Storage Accounts, Power BI, and Windows Server VMs are some of the infrastructure components you’ll be working with as a DevOps engineer. You will collaborate with a team of software engineers, a sysadmin, an architect, test engineers, a product owner, and a requirements engineer.

What will you do?

• Automate infrastructure using Terraform / PowerShell (Infrastructure-as-Code).
• Develop and maintain cloud deployment environments in Azure (IaaS / PaaS) using Azure tools and code (Terraform).
• Collaborate with the development team to optimize the CI/CD pipeline.
• Develop, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling processes.
• Troubleshoot installation/upgrade issues and continuously improve processes.
• Implement and update applications and/or Azure PaaS components.
• Implement security best practices to ensure system security.

Your profile:

• You have completed higher professional education (IT) and have 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• You have knowledge of and experience with CI/CD-Azure DevOps.
• Scripting knowledge and experience with Terraform and PowerShell is essential.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code and an automation mindset.
• Knowledge and experience with monitoring tools & virtualization in Azure (site reliability engineering).
• You are independent, analytical, problem-solving, and a team player.
• Experience with hosting ASP.NET on Azure is a plus!
