The Opportunity: Asset Owner

We are looking for an Asset Owner to drive the strategic and operational management of key technology assets within our organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our IT assets align with business objectives, providing value, stability, and scalability. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and analysts to ensure efficient lifecycle management of our applications and platforms while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

What You’ll Do

✅ Ownership & Strategy: Define and manage the lifecycle of key IT assets, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with security and operational standards.

✅ Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and IT, translating business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.

✅ Technology Oversight: Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of the assets under your management, leveraging cloud and on-premises solutions as needed.

✅ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimization, migration, and modernization of legacy systems while maintaining business continuity.

✅ Governance & Compliance: Ensure that assets comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices in security and risk management.

✅ Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of applications and services.

✅ Innovation & Roadmap Planning: Define and drive the roadmap for the asset, prioritizing enhancements and upgrades based on business needs and technological advancements.

What You Bring to the Table

🎯 Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on asset management, enterprise applications, or IT governance.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of enterprise applications, including cloud migration and legacy system decommissioning.

🎯 Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of enterprise application management, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and IT governance frameworks.
• Understanding of software development principles, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with security best practices, compliance requirements, and risk assessment.

🎯 Soft Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive strategic decisions while managing operational priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenge
